About Direct Education Business Partnership (DEBP)

DEBP are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. We registered with the Charities Commission in March 2021, following our transition from DEBP Ltd, a social enterprise founded in May 2011.

Who we work with

We support children, young people, and vulnerable adults to have a positive future, through equipping them with the opportunities and tools for success. We work with primary, secondary, mainstream, specialist schools, and support centres, and in the community, supporting learners up to age 19, or 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities. We also work with vulnerable young adults up to age 30 to advance their employability skills.

What makes us different

Delivery of every one of our programmes involves employers and inspirational and identifiable role models engaging directly with students about their business and industry. This is essential to ensure learners are gaining a clearer understanding of the skills, qualifications, and pathways required to secure employment in the future and have the skills that employers look for.

Where we work

Our head office is based in Chesterfield, but we deliver extensively across the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) region – Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, and surrounding areas.
