About the event
Though unknown to most people, Heraeus is imperative to support the production of molten metals.
Heraeus Electro-Nite has been the market leader since the 1950s in the field of measurement technology in molten metals. It provides the steel, iron, aluminum, and copper producers with integrated measurement systems consisting of a sensor, instrumentation, and associated hardware. These systems provide a wide range of measurements including those for temperature, oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon. The Operating Company is headquartered in Houthalen-Helchteren, Belgium, in the middle of Europe. The company applies a customer-oriented approach and therefore has locations in 25 different countries all over the world
The visit is open to all local students year 9 or above.
The visit is limited to a maximum of 12 students
The visit will run between 10am - 11.30/12.00pm
